What participants say:
“I’ve started eating healthier and without meat and wondered about having a vegan Thanksgiving meal. I was going to gather some vegan recipes from a website when I saw a cooking class offered by Tracye-not only a cooking class but a vegan Thanksgiving cooking class. I couldn’t believe it; it was like my prayers answered. I quickly registered for the class and was the first person to show up. The recipes were delicious and didn’t take a lot of effort to prepare. Tracye, Jasmine, Mary and Tracye’s sister were very nice and down to earth. I would recommend cooking classes with Tracye and Jasmine to all. You really won’t miss the meat.”
“You demonstrated that preparing vegan meals is not complicated. I always thought that making lasagna was difficult but your step by step instruction makes it simple. I recommend these cooking classes to anyone who would like to transition to a vegan diet or simply like to add vegan meals to there current diet.”
“Absolutely loved the class. And BTW, I got right down to business and made that kale and avocado salad at home the next day!”
