July 10: UDC Van Ness Farmers Market, 8am-1pm, 4200 Connecticut Avenue, NW, DC. Book signing and food demo.
July 13: Sticky Fingers Bakery, 6:30-7:30pm, 1370 Park Road, NW, DC. This is a fundraiser for one of my favorite nonprofits, Compassion Over Killing. You’ll receive a specially made “By Any Greens Necessary” cupcake for free from Sticky Fingers Bakery.
July 17: Home of Saundra Woods, 3-5pm, DC. Space is limited, please RSVP to Saundra Woods at saundra_j_woods@mcpsmd.org. Book signing and food-tasting, including Saundra’s signature recipes included in the book.
July 24: Sisterspace and Books, 2-4pm, 3717 Georgia Avenue, NW, DC. We’ll also be celebrating my mom’s 74th birthday! She became a vegan in her 50s and is still healthy, fit, and fabulous!
